Cancellation policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the digital nature of our coaching programs, custom nutrition plans, workout programs, downloadable materials, and subscription-based services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COACHING SERVICES

Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to proprietary training systems, coaching materials, digital downloads, and/or subscription services.

Because access is granted instantly and intellectual property is delivered immediately, refunds cannot be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital services and/or coaching access.

  • You waive any right to dispute delivery based on digital access.

  • Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on individual compliance and effort.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING

If you enroll in a subscription-based coaching plan:

  • You authorize recurring billing at the stated interval.

  • You may cancel before your next billing date.

  • Cancellation stops future charges only.

  • No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Failure to use the program, access materials, check in, or communicate does not qualify for a refund.

4. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree:

  • Not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

  • Not to dispute charges for services already delivered or accessed.

  • That doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been delivered:

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of access, login activity, communication history, IP records, and program delivery confirmation.

  • Access to all current and future services will be permanently revoked.

  • Your account may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Fraudulent disputes may be reported to the appropriate financial institutions.
